The machine works well....washes nicely but not the super stains....my issue is the spinner which shakes so much that I'm afraid that it might break the machine so I dont use it....if I knew this I'd have bought a cheaper one without a spinner instead of blowing all that cash.... otherwise it's an awesome equipment as I never wash clothes anymore....and it's super cost effective on tokens.... doesn't use more than my electric kettle....minus one star coz of the spinner
